What is it?

  • Group exercise class

Who is it for?

  • Those who have completed the 12 week Shape Up course

​

Where and when is it?

  • Belmont Community Hall - Mondays 6-7pm

  • Claremont High School - Tuesdays 6-7pm

  • Cedars Youth and Community Centre - Thursdays 6-7pm

​

Start dates?

  • Belmont Community Hall - 10th July 2023

  • Claremont High School - 11th July 2023

  • Cedars Youth and Community Centre - 13th July 2023

​

Cost?

  • £4 per session

  • £35 block booking (10 sessions)

  • All money raised from these sessions goes back into the Shape Up course

Payment​

  • Belmont Community Hall - Card machine on site

  • Claremont High School - Card machine on site

  • Cedars Community Centre - Pay at Reception
