  • ஹாரோ குடியிருப்பாளராக அல்லது ஹாரோ ஜி.பியில் பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்டவராக இருங்கள்

  • 30+ இன் BMI (BME சமூகங்களுக்கு 28+) (உங்கள் BMI பற்றி உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாவிட்டால், கீழே உள்ள எங்கள் கால்குலேட்டரைப் பயன்படுத்தவும்

  • 18-65 வயது
