Shape Up Follow On Sessions

What is it?

  • A continuation of the Shape Up sessions that will take you through Week 13-24

​

Who is it for?

  • Those who have completed the 12 week Shape Up course

​

When is it?

  • Wednesdays 6:30-8pm

​

Where is it?

  • Cedars Community Centre

​

Start date?

  • Wednesday 12th July 2023

​

Cost?

  • £6 per session - Paid for at Cedars reception

  • All money raised from these sessions goes back into the Shape Up course

Remember this is only for those who have already completed the Shape Up course.

This session requires a commitment to another 12 weeks. As with Shape Up Week 1-12 we would expect that you attend at least 9 out of 12 sessions.

Spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
